Background

Founded in Perth in 1997, Trimatic Management Services Pty Ltd (TSA) is a privately owned and locally operated call centre services and technology provider operating internationally and is a successful grant recipient of the CCBOP Scheme. 

The company serves clients globally and has established operations in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Philippines.

Approach

Through Phase 1 of the Scheme, TSA Group have received a total of $5 million in grant funding to:

  • Develop their offices in West Perth and expand their capacity to support a technology innovation capability.
  • Create 300 full time equivalent (FTE) CCBOP job across Metropolitan and Regional Western Australia.

Through Phase 2 of the Scheme, TSA Group will receive $2 million in grant funding to create:

  • 200 FTE CCBOP jobs in Metropolitan Western Australia.

Outcome

Through CCBOP support, TSA Group have doubled their FTE jobs headcount in WA and achieved their Financial Assistance Agreement milestones 3.5 years early.

Additionally, the company established new operations in Western Australia for several additional work programs across a large client base. These work programs diversified and improved the long-term sustainability of their WA operations while providing valuable career and leadership development opportunities for their existing team members.

Through CCBOP support, TSA Group have doubled their FTE jobs headcount in WA and achieved their Financial Assistance Agreement milestones 3.5 years early creating 500 FTE jobs in metropolitan and regional WA.

The recipient has a demonstrated a track record of rapid and sustained job creation in its WA call centre operations. This growth was directly supported by the funding available under Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Call Centre and Back Office Processing scheme.
