Henrietta has had a diverse career to date working across the public and private sectors leading teams to deliver high profile projects that provide outstanding customer experiences. 

She is highly practiced delivering commercial and marketing communications led activities spanning a wide range of industries including the biggest multi-sports event in the world, the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and other international sporting and cultural events in Australia and the UK. 

She has also led the customer-experience delivery in the UK for one of the world’s best-known beers, Stella Artois and prior to her current role at the Department of Finance spent over six years planning, engaging, delivering and operating the world’s most beautiful stadium, Optus Stadium.

Henrietta’s role at Finance is to develop and deliver a strategy that focuses on customer outcomes.  She is responsible for whole-of-government programs including ServiceWA and government office accommodation plus strategy, customer advocacy and communications.

As a Curtin University graduate, Henrietta completed a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Marketing and Public Relations.  She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
