At the final 2022 meeting Executive Officer Ashley Speers set the scene with some foundations of inclusion and the host Michael McNulty of Deloitte shared an impressive range of initiatives they had undertaken in line with the summit theme - "Accelerating gender equity through inclusion'.
The CEOs broke into four working groups, each sharing what has worked, what hasn't worked and new ideas for the four quadrants of inclusion - Respect, Connection, Progression and Contribution.
The summit concluded with each CEO making a commitment which will positively improve gender equity through inclusion.
The CEOs for Gender Equity was originally an Equal Opportunity Commission initiative and Commissioner, Dr John Byrne continues to be a member.
