The Energy Transformation Taskforce is pleased to release its Stakeholder Submissions Summary Paper on the proposed changes to the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 required to support the delivery of the Energy Transformation Strategy. The paper outlines stakeholder concerns and minor amendments progressed to address oversights in the drafting.

Since the inception of the Access Code in 2004, this is the largest package of draft amendments to be progressed. The Taskforce would like to thank our stakeholders for their continued engagement and to acknowledge the time and resources that have been committed to help inform the extensive energy transformation that is underway.

The package of amendments will now be progressed to the Minister for Energy for approval to be published in the Government Gazette.
