eRideable legislation which reflects the national approach to these devices has now been in place in WA for nine months and we are keen to understand what is working well and where there may be room for improvement.
All path and road users, not just eRideable users, are encouraged to have their say.
We are also seeking feedback from all road users on motorcycle lane filtering, where motorcyclists travel between lanes of traffic. Feedback will assist us in evaluating how laws around this practice are working on our roads.
