The Partnership Framework is the first of its kind released by Communities, designed to improve the way the agency, community services and private sector organisations work together to provide services to people when and where they are needed most.

The Framework outlines Communities’ partnership vision and offers guidance to build and sustain the right relationships, providing a better understanding of the benefits of partnering.

It includes resources and information to support Communities and its partners to negotiate expectations about how they can work together and why.

The framework’s development stemmed from combined efforts of community sector service partners and the State Government to support Western Australians through the COVID-19 pandemic.

More information and a copy of the framework is available on Communities’ Partnerships webpage.
