The WA Government will extend increased income limits for homebuyers taking out Keystart loans until June 30, 2021.

Maximum income limits for applicants eligible for Keystart loans were increased in July 2019 by $15,000 for singles and $20,000 for families.

They were due to revert on July 1, 2020 but will now continue for at least 12 months. 

Existing Keystart customers will also be able to access home renovation loans from $1,000 up to $100,000 to undertake property improvements.
