The Perth Casino Royal Commission will hold its first hearing on Monday, 12 April 2021, commencing at 10am. The hearing will be held in Hearing Room 3, Level 18, 111 St Georges Tce, Perth.

At the brief hearing, the Commissioners will make an opening statement and general procedures will be discussed. The hearing is open to the public, however, seating in the public gallery is limited.

Future substantive hearings will be live streamed. The Commission is currently finalising required infrastructure. A recording of this hearing will be uploaded to the Commission’s website at www.pcrc.wa.gov.au

The Commission has been established to inquire into and report on the affairs of Crown Casino Perth. The Commission will examine the regulatory framework and any matters that might enhance the Gaming and Wagering Commission's future capability and effectiveness.

The Hon Neville Owen (AO), the Hon Lindy Jenkins and Mr Colin Murphy (PSM), have been appointed as Royal Commissioners.
