We released today the latest instalment in our evolving and targeted range of bespoke development opportunities for public sector employees.
Elev8 is a brand new 8-month leadership program to expand the mindsets and develop the behaviours of high performing Level 8s to meet leadership expectations required now and into the future.
It focuses on enhancing their strategic capabilities to create the next wave of executive leaders.
The program includes workshops, group exploration, one-on-one coaching and the opportunity to select 3 learning immersions from a suite of topics based on each participant’s specific professional needs.
Nominations are open until close of business on Friday 11 February 2022, with the program commencing in March 2022.
