The Perth Casino Royal Commission will conclude its public hearings next Wednesday, 17 November 2021.
No further hearings to take evidence are scheduled at this stage.
The Commission will next sit in late January 2022 to hear closing oral presentations from interested parties and counsel assisting who wish to make presentations. Those dates are yet to be confirmed but are expected to be 27, 28 and 31 January 2022.
Full details of the Commission’s program for its final phases are set out in a Practice Direction published today on the Perth Casino Royal Commission website.
The Commission is scheduled to deliver its final report by 4 March 2022.
