As you are aware, the Western Australian Premier announced that effective from 6pm Sunday, 31 January until 6pm Friday, 5 February, the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South West regions have entered a 5-day lockdown.
Revenue Online and the Online Services Portal will continue to operate as normal. You can continue using these services to lodge and self-assess transactions, lodge applications and returns, and make payments.
The general enquiry telephone lines and public counter will be open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm during the lockdown.
- Contact us online for assistance for all non-urgent matters.
- Only visit the public counter if you need to attend to essential services and payments that cannot be performed online.
RevenueWA will continue to process FHOG, Electricity Credit, Building Bonus and HomeBuilder grant applications as normal during the lockdown.
