Youth Week WA kicks off today with more than 80 events planned across the State from 9 to 16 April!
The week will officially launch tonight with the WA Youth Awards gala ceremony, followed by the KickstART Festival Day in Forrest Place tomorrow from 10am-4pm. Many other organisations are running events thanks to the Youth Week WA Grants Program.
The Department of Communities is responsible for the oversight of Youth Week WA which recognises and celebrates young people aged 10 to 25.
This year’s theme is Our Path. Inspired by wayfinding stars, it acknowledges the convergence of our individual paths to form a community, to where we are now, and questions how we are going to move forward.
