The State Supply Commission was established under the State Supply Commission Act 1991.  This act has now been replaced by the Procurement Act 2020.  The State Supply Commission is no longer in operation. 

The State Supply Commission previously regulated government procurement of goods and services, primarily through the creation of supply policy.
