Deputation/written submission

Applications to make a verbal deputation or provide a written submission to a WAPC board or committee meeting (excluding Part 17 Significant Development meetings) must be made via the below online Request for deputation/submission form.

Please submit this form no later than 9:30am two (2) business days prior to the commencement of the meeting. Please be aware late requests may not be accepted.

Deputation for Part 17 Significant Development

For applications to make a verbal deputation or provide a written submission to a Part 17 Significant Development meeting, please download and complete the below MS Word document form and submit it to committees@dplh.wa.gov.au no later than 2pm, three (3) working days prior to the meeting date. Please be aware late requests may not be accepted. An updated agenda, which includes details of deputations/presentations, will be available two (2) working days prior to the meeting date.
