Suzanne joined the FPC in February 2020 as Director People and Culture. She has 25 years’ experience in executive roles and has been a member of executive leadership teams in six public sector organisations.
This experience has spanned industry sectors including WA Health, Transport and Infrastructure, and the TAFE sector. She has extensive expertise in leading transformational and cultural change programs, HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational re-design, organisational development and cultural change. Her early career was in industrial relations.
