Treasury’s Workforce and Diversity Plan 2020-21 is our commitment to adopting diversity and inclusion practices throughout the employment lifecycle to increase employment outcomes and experiences for six key groups.

Treasury’s Workforce and Diversity Plan 2020-21 outlines the actions, practices and initiatives we will take and adopt to help achieve the outcomes defined within our Workforce Strategy. Through these actions, we will be able to acquire, develop and retain a unique blend of knowledge, skills and perspectives which people bring to the organisation, helping build organisational capability and enabling the Treasury team to deliver high quality outcomes for the community.
