Critical Businesses Worker (Restrictions on Access) Directions

Decision
The directions prevent certain persons working in certain critical retail, hospitality and accommodation services businesses from entering or remaining at certain critical business sites if they have not been vaccinated against COVID-19.

The purpose of these directions is to put in place some measure to address the risk posed by COVID-19 in the context of persons working in critical retail, hospitality and accommodation services businesses, for the purposes of limiting the spread of COVID-19 to vulnerable groups and the general community in Western Australia and to ensure that these workers can continue to provide critical services to the community.
