Extension of State of Emergency Declaration from 23 April to 7 May 2021

Decision
The Government of Western Australia declared a State of Emergency in response to COVID-19 on 15 March 2020.

The Minister for Emergency Services and the WA Government declared a State of Emergency under the Emergency Management Act 2005, and a Public Health Emergency under the Public Health Act 2016 in response to COVID-19.

The Minister for Emergency Services has extended the State of Emergency declaration for a period of 14 days, from 23 April 2021 until 7 May 2021.
