FPC: Public Interest Disclosure

Form
How to lodge a Public Interest Disclosure with the Forest Products Commission (FPC).
Last updated:

The Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Act 2003 enables people to make disclosures about wrongdoing within the state public sector without fear of reprisal. It aims to ensure openness and accountability in government by encouraging people to make disclosures and protecting them when they do.

The FPC is committed to the aims and objectives of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act).

We strongly encourage anyone thinking about making a PID to seek advice from our PID Officer before they do. A disclosure must be made to a proper authority for it to be covered by the PID Act.
