With My Account you will have access to your account at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can use My Account to perform a range of simple self-service functions including:

  • pay your bill
  • set up a direct debit
  • pay smaller payments
  • get more time to pay
  • transfer your connection
  • check your account balance
  • track your usage
  • get energy saving tips
  • manage your bill payments

To register you will need your account number, which can be found on your bill, and an email address.
