The Construction Industry Long Service Leave Payments Board (the Board) is a statutory authority established as a corporate body. The Board was created to administer a portable long service leave scheme for employees in the construction industry. The Board is funded by compulsory contributions from employers.
The return forms are sent to all employers at the end of each quarter by the Board and must be completed and submitted with payment to the Board within 15 days after the end of each period. Surcharges may apply for failure to comply with this requirement.
Forms can be returned by mail or the information can be entered online through MyLeave where a login is required.
