Consultation on the regulation of embedded networks closed on 19 April 2024. Energy Policy WA received 31 submissions, with four identified as confidential.
Energy Policy WA is currently reviewing the feedback received to inform a WA Government decision about the best way to regulate the sale and supply of electricity in embedded networks to give customers of these services standard electricity rights.
