The 2025 year was a busy one for the OAC.
We had appeals lodged against 52 decisions during the calendar year.
We closed 59 appeals during the year, with 35 of those carried over from previous years.
Of the appeals determined in the calendar year, 45 per cent were allowed (in part).
The majority of appeals lodged in the year were against a works approval or licence (40 per cent), or native vegetation clearing permit (37 per cent).
