Representatives of the Aboriginal Business Pavilion attended a pre-event meet and greet ahead of the 2024 AOG Energy expo.

The pre-event was chaired by Penny Farmer from the Department of Jobs Tourism Science and Innovation, and attended by guest speaker, Jarrad Oakley Nicholls from the Indigenous Emerging Business Forum. Farmer and Nicholls provided the representatives with a briefing on AOG Energy and helpful tips to assist each business in maximising their exposure to the relevant markets at this year’s expo.

The 12 selected Aboriginal businesses provide a variety of products, services and technologies in the energy sector. Some of these services and products include wireless communication technologies, digital marketing in the energy sector, and remote maintenance tools for hydraulic systems.

The companies’ engagement in the Aboriginal Business Pavilion at AOG Energy provides them with the opportunity to showcase their products, services and technologies to the public and private sector.

Visit the Aboriginal Business Pavilion at Stand Q13 when you attend AOG Energy. The expo will be held 13-15 March 2024 at the Perth Conference and Exhibition Centre.

Register your free attendance on the AOG Website.

Western Australia is a global energy powerhouse leading the next wave of renewable energy production, and the Western Australian Government is committed to facilitating Aboriginal businesses in the energy sector.
