The Aboriginal Procurement Policy delivered a standout performance in 2024-25, with the value of WA Government contracts with Aboriginal suppliers reaching a record $442 million.
The latest end-of-year report shows an increase from the previous year's figure of more than $439 million, highlighting strong support for Aboriginal economic participation.
The achievement equates to 6.82 per cent of the total WA Government contracts awarded, well above the 4 per cent target.
In total, a record 383 contracts went to more than 158 Aboriginal suppliers across Western Australia.
