The Defence Science Centre is hosting its next Defence and Research Teaming series on the topic of ‘Agile Command and Control’.
Agile Command and Control is a priority research area for the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG). As part of its engagement strategy, the research leader within DSTG is looking for innovative concepts addressing four challenge statements:
- effective human-machine teaming that sees dynamic interactions between human and machine control
- adaptive situational analysis, this includes interactive, 2-way feedback between analyst and machine assistance
- intelligence decision support systems that are mission command enabled
- multi-domain decision visualisation and support tools for commanders, data-based, modelled, simulated and visualised.
Do you have a background in human-machine teaming, situational analysis, data science, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, mental models, communication architectures, or cyber resilience? Then register today!
Join industry, academia and defence end-users on Tuesday 13 July in the Perth CBD for a facilitator-led design thinking workshop.
Why attend?
- The team assessed with the best innovative concept will be invited to submit a proposal for up to $20,000 seed funding.
- Get exclusive access to the DSTG STaR Shot Leader, Dr Paul Gaertner as well as other end-users to understand unclassified operating concepts and generalised needs.
- Meet and network with like-minded people at our informal networking opportunity after the event.
Registrations close Thursday 8 July.
