The Accelerator Program Access Grants (APAG) and Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) schemes provide practical funding support to local organisations seeking to develop leadership talent, grow global connections, and bring world-class expertise to WA.
These grants form part of the State Government’s commitment to strengthening the HMLS industry, in line with the Health and Medical Life Sciences Industry Strategy.
The APAG program provides funding for senior or executive level managers to travel to and participate in recognised national or international incubator, accelerator or business training programs.
Applicants can apply for up to $20,000 to fund up to two team members, with $100,000 allocated for this round.
The EIR program enables WA-based health and medical life sciences organisations to host experienced entrepreneurs or experts from interstate or overseas.
Funding of up to $10,000 per organisation is available to cover travel, living costs, and limited remuneration, with a total of $30,000 allocated for this round.
Applications for both programs will close once funding is fully allocated.
