Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information following a fatal crash that occurred in Beermullah (Gingin area) on Saturday, 8 November 2025.
About 8.10am, a white Holden Commodore station wagon was travelling south on the Brand Highway when near Boonanarring Road, the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The driver, a 57-year-old man, sustained critical injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment but sadly, he died two days later.
Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or Holden Commodore station wagon travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or call 1800 333 000.
