Detectives from Joondalup’s Rapid High Harm Offender Response team have charged a juvenile male with several offences following a series of burglaries in Yanchep.
It will be alleged about 5.20am on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, the male attempted to unlawfully enter a licensed premise on Capricorn Esplanade, causing damage to a glass window.
Following inquiries, police will further allege the male was involved in multiple burglary and stealing offences at commercial premises across the Yanchep area between Sunday, 8 February 2026 and Sunday, 22 February 2026.
A 15-year-old juvenile male has been charged with:
1 x Attempted Burglary with Intent
2 x Burglary with Intent
3 x Burglary and Commit
3 x Stealing
The male was granted bail and is next due to appear before Joondalup Children’s Court on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
Police are seeking additional CCTV, dashcam footage or information relating to the incident on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
