Electronic duties lodgments available
The portal supports the electronic lodgment of most duties transactions for assessment of duty with the Office of State Revenue.
Licensed conveyancers and legal practitioners will be able to use Revenue Online to self-assess approved transactions, and lodge transactions that require an assessment to be issued by the Commissioner.
Agents already registered to use Revenue Online will automatically be given access to electronic lodgment. Please register for Revenue Online if you are not already registered.
Some of the benefits of the OSR Duties Lodgments portal include:
- ability to upload scanned copies of transactions and supporting information
- retain all original documents at your office and reduce the need to attend the Office of State Revenue in person
- immediate notification of duties assessment notices and requisitions issued to your account
- access to duty endorsement certificates following payment of the duty, including ‘no double duty’ endorsements
