CSIRO Floreat site

Across 10ha with a range of building offerings, the site is set to transform into a global hub of biomedical manufacturing, research and health tech innovation, just 8km from the CBD and adjacent to a world Top 100 university precinct.

Located in Perth, the Australian gateway to Southeast Asia, and close to the QEII medical precinct and the University of Western Australia, this site offers a unique opportunity.

The CSIRO site in Floreat has potential to become a home for the growing biomedical industry by clustering companies and through access to the UWA/QEII precinct nearby.
