Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in Alfred Cove on Friday 4 July 2025.
About 2.30pm, emergency services responded to reports a white Hyundai Kona had struck a tree and on Canning Highway, near Latham Street.
The 64-year-old female passenger was conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital, where she was later declared deceased.
The 67-year-old male driver was conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital for medical treatment.
