Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Augusta on Tuesday 24 February 2026.
About 8.00am, a grey Toyota Camry sedan was travelling west on Hillview Road when the vehicle left the road and collided with a tree.
The driver, an 86-year-old woman, died from her injuries at the scene.
