Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in Maddington on Friday, 6 March 2026.
About 6am, a silver Hyundai Tucson station sedan was travelling north on Tonkin Highway, near Gosnells Road East, when it left the road and struck a tree.
The 47-year-old male driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.
