Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Nedlands on Thursday 30 April 2026.
About 9.40am, a white Mitsubishi panel van travelling in a westerly direction on Stirling Highway struck a pedestrian crossing the roadway.
The driver of the van stopped to render assistance and call emergency services.
The 92-year-old male pedestrian was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital where he sadly died as a result of injuries sustained.
