Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a fatal crash that occurred in the Perth Airport -Kewdale area on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
About 5.30am, a white Toyota Fortuner wagon was travelling on Tonkin Highway when, while exiting via the Horrie Miller Drive off-ramp, it struck a barrier and rolled several times.
The driver, a 66-year-old man, was seriously injured in the crash and conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital, where he later died.
