Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a fatal crash that occurred in the Perth Airport -Kewdale area on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
About 5.30am, a white Toyota Fortuner wagon was travelling on Tonkin Highway when, while exiting via the Horrie Miller Drive off-ramp, it struck a barrier and rolled several times.
The driver, a 66-year-old man, was seriously injured in the crash and conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital, where he later died.
Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the white Toyota Fortuner travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
