The Coordinator of Energy (Coordinator) has published his Final Rule Change Report for Rule Change Proposal RC_2025_01.
The Rule Change Proposal proposed a change to the eligible sources of supplementary capacity that are Eligible Services under clause 4.24.3 of the Electricity System and Market (ESM) Rules.
The Coordinator’s final decision is to reject the Rule Change Proposal.
The Amending Rules, contained in section 8 of the Final Rule Change Report are scheduled to commence at 8:00 AM on 1 April 2026.
