Generator Dispute Resolution Mechanism – Appointment of Generator Arbitrators and Technical Panel of Experts

The Coordinator of Energy has appointed Generator Arbitrators and a Technical Panel of Experts for the Dispute Resolution Mechanism established under Section 1.42 of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) Rules.

The Coordinator of Energy (Coordinator) has appointed Generator Arbitrators and a Technical Panel of Experts for the purposes of establishing the dispute resolution mechanism accessible for existing generators in negotiating generator performance standards and monitoring plans under Section 1.42 of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) Rules.

This dispute resolution mechanism commenced on 1 February 2021, with the Coordinator required to make these appointments by no later than 1 April 2021.
