These capabilities are being embraced by high performing Level 8 participants as they begin Elev8, the leadership development program for public sector professionals.
This year’s cohort recently embarked on the first module, The Egoless Leader, where they were guided through developing self awareness, embracing a growth mindset and empowering others to get the best results.
