Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information following a fatal crash which occurred in Yabberup approximately 19kms east of Donnybrook, during the morning of Sunday, 29 March 2026.
On Sunday morning, a white Holden Commodore sedan was travelling south along Mungalup Road, when approximately 280m east of the intersection with Yabberup Road, the vehicle left the carriageway and struck a tree.
The driver, a 52-year-old woman, sustained critical injuries as a result of the crash, and died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or who saw the white Holden Commodore sedan travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
