Kimberley flood response underway for primary producers

Support for eligible primary producers impacted by flooding in the Fitzroy River catchment.

The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is assisting Western Australian primary industries affected by flooding in the Fitzroy River catchment, as part of a whole-of-government response to the severe weather event.

This once-in-a-century flood has significantly impacted stations, stock and pastoral enterprises.

Assistance includes the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements WA and the State Support Plan for Animal Welfare in Emergencies.
