We have released our new strategic plan, Leading with Impact 2023-26.
Following the release earlier this year of the public sector strategic narrative Future Enabled, our plan’s focus is on how and where to add the most value in developing a high performing and future fit sector through 4 priorities:
- High impact leadership
- Effective workforce management
- Strong agency and individual capability
- Embedded integrity
Our fifth priority is to be trusted and capable – trusted by all 160,000+ staff employed in our sector, and capable to support them and the agencies they work for to deliver the best possible services for Western Australians.
