The Local Government Inspector, Tony Brown, has declared a conflict of interest relating to the City of South Perth and removed himself from all matters relating to the City.
In line with the Local Government Act 1995, the Minister for Local Government has appointed a person to act as the Inspector for all current and future issues related to the City of South Perth.
Jennifer Shelton has accepted the position for a term of three months, effective immediately.
