The Local Government Inspector, Tony Brown has declared a conflict of interest related to the Shire of Gingin and removed himself from all matters related to the Shire.
In line with the Local Government Act 1995, the Minister for Local Government has appointed a person to act as Inspector for matters related to the Shire of Gingin.
Jennifer Shelton will be performing this role, effective immediately.
