Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad have charged a man following an investigation into the alleged indecent assault of a resident of an aged care facility in the Joondalup District.
It will be alleged on Monday 16 February 2026, a staff member indecently assaulted a vulnerable resident of the aged care facility.
The 51-year-old man from Brabham was charged with ‘Indecently Dealt with Incapable Person’ and appeared before the Joondalup Magistrates Court today, 19 February 2026.
He was remanded in custody and is next due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on 19 March 2026.
