On 14 April 2026, Detectives from Child Exploitation Operations charged a 57-year-old man with the offences of:
• Producing Child Exploitation Material
• Distributing Child Exploitation Material
It will be alleged the online offences occurred between January and February 2026.
This arrest stems from the ongoing investigation into the alleged online activities of a 43-year-old Fremantle man.
The 57-year-old Maylands man is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 13 May 2026.
