After opening on ANZAC Day, 59 applicants set about applying for an Anzac Day Trust Grant 2025. Now, over $1.3 million in successful grants will be disbursed to recipients of this years grant round.
Recipient organisations will use the grant money to deliver a variety of wellbeing services to Western Australia (WA) veterans and their families, including living support, transition employment services, resilience initiatives, and respite opportunities.
Since 2021, the WA Government has disbursed over $8 million as part of its commitment to ensuring that veterans and their families in WA are recognised, supported and enabled to participate and contribute to their fullest.
Ex-service organisations in WA continue to play their part in this commitment and the WA Government remains appreciative of their commitment delivering the programs, projects and initiatives that support the WA veteran community.
Grants are provided by the Anzac Day Trust – a body established under the Anzac Day Act 1960 – and are administered by the Veterans Office within Defence West.
