Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information following a fatal crash which occurred in Miling (Shire of Moora) on 4 October 2025.
 
About 3.25am, a white Kenworth truck towing two trailers, and a white Toyota Landcruiser tray-top, collided on Great Northern Highway.
 
The male driver and male passenger in the Toyota - both aged in their 20s - sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
 
The 51-year-old male driver of the Kenworth truck was not injured.
 
Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or either the Kenworth truck or Toyota  Landcruiser tray-top travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
