Co-locating these services has enabled researchers interested in the history, identity, environment, development and culture of Western Australia and its people to access relevant archival material from a single location.

Clients may request to view State Archives in the Reading Room by placing requests via the SRO’s online catalogue, or alternatively can place digitisation orders through the same catalogue.
