RGL Alert

The phone numbers for Racing, Gaming and Liquor (RGL) are being transferred from the current carrier to the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) telecommunications network on Tuesday 28 July.

As part of this upgrade, phone services for the RGL directorate may be disrupted from 4pm on Tuesday 28 July until 8am on Wednesday 29 July.

During this time, calls to RGL service lines and staff may not connect or may be interrupted.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can also contact staff by email at rgl@lgirs.wa.gov.au during this period.

This work supports the integration of the RGL portfolio into LGIRS following the Public Sector Reforms announced on 1 July 2025.

As part of this project, the following contact numbers will change:

  • Gaming & Wagering Commission                6551 4805
  • RGL Liquor Compliance                               6551 4804

We encourage you to use these new numbers from Wednesday 29 July. Call forwarding will be in place for a period to help ensure a smooth transition.

Other regularly advertised RGL contact numbers will remain unchanged.
